Grow Our Own

Grow our Own is an initiative that encourages staff to develop their experience and skills through three different training tracks.

The campaign included the design of an interactive flyer that embedded links to Microsoft Teams event, a poster for internal distribution.

 

External distribution was managed on Twitter and Facebook. The posts were timetabled for maximum reach and impact using Hootsuite. 

A fillable PDF form was also delivered to help with the course administration.

A style guide and logo were developed so that the campaign could be instantly identified and connect activities across different streams of communications.
